Gathering in Age of Conan

Level 20 Gathering in Age of Conan for Big Riches

So, you just hit Level 20 and finally got away from the horrid mess that was Tortage and the quests that are becoming all too familiar to you as you get further in the game's progression. Whatever is a Barbarian adventurer to do? The first thing you should do after upgrading your inventory space and exploring your race's city, is to head to your local craft training instance and start learning every single harvesting profession you can. Gathering in Age of Conan is the primary means by which you will make gold.

Basics of Gathering in Age of Conan

The basics to gathering in Age of Conan are relatively easy to understand. First, you head to your harvesting trainer - of which there are 6 in your respective zone - and you pick up you first quest. Your first quest for gathering in Age of Conan is going to be to pick up 20 resources for whichever profession you started. After you finish this quest, you will be given a second quest for the same tier that asks you to go out and find 1 rare resource, which will drop much less often from the same nodes.

You can do this for all 6 harvesting professions, which includes mining, skinning, weaving, woodcutting, prospecting, and stone cutting. It can take a good long time to finish up the basic quests (the rare part is the hardest) for each one, but it is well worth your while.

What Gathering in Age of Conan Can Do for You

The big question many new players have is, what does all that harvesting do for them. It takes so long to finish up and largely boring, so what does 120 resources and 6 rare drops do for them? Basically, it sets you up to start making gold faster than any other players in the game. There are three reasons why.

1. Gathering in Age of Conan is necessary for your crafting professions WII Video Games level 40. If you gather everything you need at level Hard to Find Video Games you save a lot of gold later on,

2. You can find resources everywhere. You're going to be questing from Level 20 to 40 a lot and that means going places you don't get to choose. If you wallow around in the outer reaches of the game where there are only woodcutting nodes and you chose stone cutting, you're out of luck. If you choose them all, you can harvest anything.

3. Gathering in Age of Conan is the best way to make gold, hands down. While it might not be a fountain of money at Level 20, when you start hitting Tiers 3 and up, the gold starts to flow in plenty and your guild will love you for bringing in resources for its city.

Gathering in Age of Conan is an absolutely fundamental part of the game play. If you can master it at Level 20 and start making gold early, you can get a huge jump start on all the end-game content, including crafting, guild cities, and gearing yourself.

Microsoft Points - How They Work!

While we will all agree that Microsoft has definitely given a lot X-Box360 Video Games the world of digital well everything, there is also an equal understanding that Microsoft is a powerful corporate world. Being a massive business is fun when you can make cool gadgets like they have with the Microsoft Zune, but it begins to make people angry in certain circumstances, Colecovision Accessories being when purchasers feel a little taken advantage of. While this subject is debatable to the nth degree, there is no doubt that purchasing files from the Zune Marketplace with Microsoft Points has created a min-firestorm with fans of digital music. Video Games Wholesale Lots is a brief summary of that argument:

First off, understand that what Microsoft Points are is a basically fake form of currency that is only good on a few Microsoft related websites. Remember Geoffrey Bucks when you were going to Toys-R-Us as a kid? That is what this is. You purchase these points by putting in your credit card number to exchange your dollars into points. While this is annoying to some, it will be great for those looking to feed their love of both the Zune and the Xbox 360 as your Microsoft Points will be available for use with both of the gadgets. Now that you have a general idea of what the concept of Microsoft Points is, here is the argument for and against the fake currency.

FOR: It makes the process of purchasing songs online easier for those looking to budget their Sony Playstation Memory Cards in a way where they have a set number of songs they can purchase every month. Step into the Zune Marketplace or the Xbox 360 Marketplace and you can deposit a certain amount of money every month to keep all of your technology current. This allows you to budget better than going to Best Buy with a credit card or whatever you may be doing now. Also, if you have both the Xbox 360 and the Zune and get rid of one for whatever reason you can still use leftover points on the other without losing the money altogether.

AGAINST: This argument ought to be easy to see for those that are staunch anti-Microsoft people for life. Once you purchase the points the money is in Microsoft Points for life, meaning you better use them. Here is the problem with that, the packages that Microsoft offers come to roughly 80 points for every $1 you spend. A song costs 79 points, meaning that the price is roughly $.99 per song, but what happens to those lost points? This is one way that the pricing system seems a little uneven when it comes to the side of the consumer.

While there is obviously no right answer to this service it is simply a bit confusing when you think about Cheap Video Games easy it would be to just put a price on the service in, you know, US dollars? Fact is that they dont do this and it is up to the consumer to decide if Microsoft Points in the Zune Marketplace are worth it at all?
